Every client is different, but the process follows the same clear path. Here's what you can expect at each stage.

Discovery call

A relaxed, no-pressure conversation to talk through what you're dealing with, what you've already tried, and whether working together feels like the right fit.
There's no commitment at this stage β€” it's just a chance for us both to get a feel for things before you decide.

Intake forms

Once you've booked, you'll receive a set of online forms to complete in your own time. These help me arrive at your first session already familiar with your picture β€” so we can use our time well.

Initial consultation

This first session is about getting to know you β€” not just your symptoms. We take the time to understand the full picture before anything is recommended

  • Sleep, stress, movement, and emotional wellbeing

Within 3–10 days

Your personalised plan

After our session, I carefully review everything: your forms, notes, food diary, and any test results before building your plan. Good personalisation takes time, and I don't cut corners here. Within 3–10 days (depending on the complexity of your case), you'll receive a detailed written report, which we then review together in your first follow-up; discussing what's working, addressing any challenges, and adjusting the plan accordingly.

Ongoing Β· 12 weeks

Follow-up sessions & ongoing support

Follow-ups run weekly, fortnightly, or monthly depending on your chosen package. Each session reviews your progress, adjusts the plan as needed, and keeps you moving forward.
Between sessions, you have access to email support β€” so you're never left waiting until the next call if something comes up.

Common questions

Things people often ask before booking

Is this a replacement for seeing my GP?
No, nutritional therapy is complementary support, not a substitute for medical care. I work alongside your healthcare team, not instead of them. If something needs a GP, I'll say so.

How quickly will I see results?
It depends on what you're working on. Some clients notice improvements within weeks; others need longer. I'll always be honest with you about what's realistic.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please give at least 72 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice, or no-shows, may incur a partial or full fee. I appreciate your understanding.

Can I consult in French?
Yes β€” consultations are available in both English and French. Just let me know your preference when you book.

Do I need to do blood tests?
Not necessarily. Functional testing is only suggested when it would genuinely add value to your plan. We'll discuss it together if relevant.

Will I be told to give up all my favourite foods?
No. The goal is a way of eating that's sustainable and enjoyable for life β€” not a list of banned foods. We work with your preferences, not against them.
